Snowy Christmas with a Chance of Stitching!

Hello blogging friends! Sorry that I've been "post-less" for a few weeks. Christmas is such a busy time and I needed every minute to ready myself for the festivities. I hope you are not tired of Christmas because I'd like to share a few of my pics with you.
Our tree illuminated one silent night
The whole fam-damily!

Everyone you see in this picture came to our house here at Silver Creek on Christmas Day. Back row from L-R: me, my husband Alan, my Dad, my brother in law Bill, and my sister Sara. Middle row from L-R: my mom, my Aunt Harriet, and my Uncle Harry. And in the front is our son Colvin and my cousin David. Molly wouldn't sit still for the picture, so I had to schedule a private photo shoot with her:
My beautiful Molly Brown!
After we all enjoyed a meal of chicken and biscuits with all the fixings, the chaos ensued with the gift exchange. It's such a fun time as there seems to be a story behind every gift that begs to be told! I hope you all had wonderful Christmases as well. There is no discussion or pictures detailing New Years Eve, as it's hard to take pictures with your eyes closed.....in a deep sleep.......at 10:30pm. A party animal I am not!

I would, however like to share some stitching pics with you if you don't mind! Here's a more detailed pic of one of my new releases....
"Hope of the Heart"
But wait.....there's more!!!!!!!!!!
"Forever Love"
Both of these designs are packed in boxes and are ready to be shipped to my distributors on Monday. Also......***whispering***....I have a secret. Shhhhhhh. I'm working on a 4 part series sampler that I am very excited about. As of yet, it's un-named, but keep checking back for further updates!

Thanks for your visit and please come again real soon!
Diane

  3. I never tire of Christmas!! Your tree is beautiful! One of my favorite things to do is to look at everyone's tree ornaments. They tell many stories, you know! Molly is adorable - the ears just do me in!

I can't wait to see your new designs...I can tell by the the sneak peeks that they are up to your usual lovely standards! I'm working on a Valentine's Day piece as well - that is, if I can get it done in time!

Happy New Year and much love to you, Diane!
